The smooth, flawless Empava tempered glass surface allows for effortless cleaning, is manufactured without the release of hazardous metals into the soil, and withstands intense heat without cracking or chipping. Approved for installation on any Empava 24-inch undercounter single wall oven. Most stainless steel and cast iron cookware is induction compatible.

9 HEAT LEVEL SETTINGS

9 temperature settings (120°F to 460°F), 8 power settings from 300W to 1800W on the left burner and 6 power settings from 300W to 1300W on the right burner. It features a heating level from 300W to a rapid boil, precise and easy temperature changes at the touch of a button, boiling, simmering, frying, sautéing and switching between modes as needed, making cooking easy and enjoyable.

HOT SURFACE INDICATOR

An "H" appears on the cooktop display to let you know at a glance when the elements are hot to the touch. The pan size sensor heats the element to the size of your cookware and turns off when no pan is present for added safety and more efficient cooking. With induction cooking, heat is generated directly in the cookware, so the cooktop stays cooler to the touch, and the child control lock feature prevents accidental activation for added safety.
